Everyone’s relationship is different, which is why MarketBase+ offers a range of price points and account types to make sure that our customers get maximum satisfaction. Check out our pricing and plans here.
We’re flexible, so it all depends on your appetite for commitment. If you like to keep things casual, you can take out a monthly subscription. We’ll charge you on the date of purchase every month. If you purchase on the 1st, we’ll renew on the first of the following month.
If you love us and you want to put a ring on it, we’ll give you a cheeky 25% discount on an annual fee instead.
Absolutely! We’re flexible. Head over to the Change Your Plan option on the MarketBase+ application and select your new plan. You’ll be given the opportunity to update your payment and company details, and then you’ll need to confirm the change via email.
MarketBase+ accepts payments via Visa and MasterCard. We also accept AMEX, however there is a small transaction fee. For Enterprise clients we offer direct deposit or bank transfer. Contact us and we’ll supply you with the required details.
Credits are what allows you to strip down your network with MarketBase+. When you click to take a peek at your prospects’ contact information, it uses a credit. The type of account you have determines how many credits you have per month to use however you wish. A free account comes with 5 credits to try, so you can get started right away and see just how fast MarketBase+ can expose your network and get you selling smarter, faster.
We know that part of any strong relationship is finding a partner willing and able to meet your individual needs. So if you’re worried about running out of credits early this month, our plans are flexible enough to accommodate you. For any paid account type, current subscribers can purchase a top up to their credits.
If you find this is happening a lot, though, you might need to break it off and start seeing other MarketBase+ plans. Give our team a call. We aim for maximum satisfaction, so we’d be happy to help tailor your account to meet your needs.
Haven’t been in the mood? For any paid account type, current subscribers can roll them over to the next month. This also applies to top-up credits. If it’s on your account that month, you can roll it over to the next month.
Want to cool things down and break it off? We’ll be sad to see you go, but we know you don’t like messy break-ups, and we don’t either. You can cancel your subscription with just a 14 business days notice.

It doesn’t need to be a private show. Any paid MarketBase+ account comes with unlimited users.
Our goal is to give sales professionals all the information they could need to prospect effectively with just one click. We’re backed by decades of sales experience and data expertise, and a long-standing database that’s updated regularly to maintain its industry-leading accuracy.
And best of all? We’re privy to all sorts of intimate details about business contacts across Australia and New Zealand, ready and waiting for you to explore.
We believe that first dates ought to be low-stakes, and so should finding out more about our service. Our lowest-tier account is free, so you can try it out with one user account and 5 credits per month—no commitment required. It’s enough to whet the appetite.
This problem could occur for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, if your email address is already registered with MarketBase+, you don’t need to sign up again! Please reset your password (link) instead.
Secondly… Like most of you, we prefer to feel confident in the identities of our partners to avoid heartbreak! If you try to join us using a commercial email address (for example, an @gmail.com or an @hotmail.com email address), we may reject your sign-up attempt. Try using an organisational email instead. If you don’t have one, there are other ways we can get to know one another—give us a call instead.
We absolutely did not mean to stand you up! Please first give it a few minutes, and then check to make sure our email hasn’t gotten caught up in your spam filter by accident. If you’re still having trouble, contact us with your email address, organisation name and contact number and let us know the details of the problem, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

MarketBase+ is an Australian business and we aren’t established in the European Union or the European Economic Area. GDPR doesn’t generally apply to our activities, because they take place in Australia and New Zealand, and we don’t generally offer data about activities in the EU.

Data Guarantee
We’re proud of our data quality and we want everyone to know it. If you find an error, let us know, and you can claim your credits back up to a maximum of 15% of your monthly credit subscription. Find out more about our Data Guarantee here.
Our data is collected by expert researchers in Australia and delivered in compliance with our relevant privacy regulations, so you know you’re in safe hands. You can find out more about our data here.
All good relationships are built on trust, and we don’t like to keep you waiting. Any credits claimed under the Data Guarantee (up to a maximum of 15% of your total monthly credit subscription) will be credited in the following billing cycle.
